Once you purchase a machine, we obtain authorization and confirm delivery of your machine to your locations within 2 weeks.

Do you provide vending locations?
Location specialists are in constant contact with established businesses and other public facilities all over the country that are interested in having vending machines in their establishment for their employees, customers and walk in traffic.
Do you offer a warranty on your machines?
All machines come with a 1 Year Parts and Labor Warranty and 5 Year Insurance coverage against Fire and Theft and Vandalism.
Does it cost a lot of money to get started?
No, Fortune Vending accepts credit cards and offers a financing program to help you get started. Contact us to find out more about the purchasing options.
Is it expensive to ship the machines to me?
No, Fortune Vending is the only vending company to own warehouses on both the East and West coast. Fortune Vending has warehouses in Bergenfield New Jersey, and Santa Fe Springs California. This allows us to ship your new machines promptly and faster than any other vending company at the lowest price. We can either ship the machine directly to your location, residence or warehouse (self storage facility). All machines are delivered indoors, provided there are no staircases.
How long does it take to ship to me?
Shipping times vary, from 3 -7 business days under normal conditions. Our shippers will call you one day in advance to set up an appointment with you prior to delivery.
How can I get the machines setup and running at a location?
Once you purchase a machine, we obtain authorization and confirm delivery of your machine to your new location within 2 weeks.
How many snacks and sodas can I fit in my machines?
Our high-quality vending machines are capable of holding up to 175 bottles and cans of various shapes and sizes, as well as up to 292 snacks.
How do I acquire sodas and snacks to fill my machines?
You can purchase sodas and snacks at any location that provides you with the best prices.
Do your machines dispense healthier foods such as juice, water and healthy snacks?
Yes, our combo vending machines are great for dispensing health foods, juices, water, sports drinks as well as sodas and candy.
How often should the vending machines be refilled?
That will depend on the demand at your location.
Will I have time to work and still maintain my machines?
You can start off as small or as large as you desire, and continue to expand at your own pace while maintaining your full-time job. It only takes about 3 minutes every month to service a vending machine. A route consisting of 50 vending machines can be entirely serviced by one person in one weekend.
